Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive
100% Remote Working

What will you do?
* Run your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury claims including RTA, EL & PL matters
* Take initial instructions
* Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
* Liaise with experts, counsel & clients - developing relationships along the way
* Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
* Instruct and brief counsel
* Diarise & comply with court timetables
What will you need?
* To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
* 5+ years experience
* Practising Rights
* To have handled Intermediate & Multi-Track personal injury cases
* To be familiar handling a Fixed Fee caseload
* EL/PL experience
* Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
* Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal would be useful
