Pay Rate: £15.41 per hour
Overtime available from £23.12 per hour

Process Operative Roles & Responsibilities;
* Work within Company's safety standards with a responsibility for others
* Run the machine(s) and watch the process and if necessary, adjust according to Company's Continuous Improvement Systems
* Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required
* Order and prepare raw materials /or products for palletising and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine
* Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation
* Support others in operating activities
* Secure the quality level of the products
* Complete all required documentation and data files during production
The Successful Candidate;
The right candidate must have a can-do attitude and be keen to learn new skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Full training will be provided from first day.
* Previous machine operating/manufacturing experience is preferred
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive in using Health & Safety practices in your day to day work
* Enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting
* Paying attention to detail

Our client is a local manufacturer and is looking for process operatives to work in their production and warehouse departments. This role will be ongoing full-time position and can lead to a permanent contract for the right candidates.
