McGinley Support Services, in partnership with MSS Infrastructure Ltd, are preparing for a major long‑term rail programme across the Southern Region commencing in the new year. We are looking to connect with experienced Safety Critical Staff in the Maidstone area who are seeking consistent work throughout 2026 and beyond.
Roles
* Engineering Supervisor (ES)
* Controller of Site Safety (COSS)
* Protection Officer (PO)
* Level Crossing Attendant (LXA)
* Crane Controller (CC)
* Machine Controller (MC)
* ALO Coordinator
* Strapping Teams
Location & Schedule
Location: Maidstone and surrounding areas. Shifts: Mid‑week and weekend availability.
Contract
Ongoing, long‑term work. Full‑time, expected full‑time once project mobilised.
Requirements
* Valid PTS and relevant competency(s)
* Minimum 6 months experience in rail safety critical duties
* White Hat status preferred
* Own transport advantageous due to site access
