The Opportunity
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Commercial Property Partner on a wide range of matters for a diverse client base, including:
* SMEs and Limited Companies in sectors like retail and IT
* Small banks and building societies
* Occasional high-net-worth residential property transactions, referred from business clients
Your caseload will include:
* Sales, purchases and transfers of commercial property
* Landlord and Tenant matters, including lease negotiations
* Investment and development projects
* Handling leasehold and freehold transactions
What We're Looking For
You will be:
* A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in commercial property law
* Confident in managing a varied caseload independently
* Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
* Proactive, with a strong focus on business development and growing the department
