As they continue to expand their operations, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the business and play a pivotal role in supporting a high-volume workforce across multiple delivery sites. The successful candidate will drive key people initiatives, contribute to organisational development, and ensure strong alignment between HR strategies and operational goals. Duties Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to the organisation’s logistics and delivery operations. Lead workforce planning and talent deployment initiatives, particularly around peak periods and high-turnover environments. Support succession planning and career development for key operational roles. Shape organisational design to meet evolving business needs. Champion employee engagement through strong ER practices and compliance with UK employment law. Use data and workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to guide HR decision-making. The Candidate Minimum of 5 years' HR experience within logistics, supply chain, or delivery environments in the UK. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its application in operational settings. Proven background in workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development. Confident stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across all business levels.
