You must have: * A great attitude and commitment to nurturing children with an interest and expertise in supporting the social, emotional and mental health needs of pupils. * A level 2 or level 3 childcare or education qualification or relevant degree. * Experience and interest in working with children from 4-11 years old * An ability to connect well to children and young people professionally. * Reliability, punctuality and energy. * Good communication skills, organisation, behaviour management, professionalism and the ability to work as part of the school team. * A positive personality that reflects our school values, including ‘kindness and courtesy counts’. * A clear DBS certificate and satisfactory references. * We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with recent Thrive Practitioner training, ELSA training or Nurture UK training.
