In this role, you’ll provide essential care across various residential homes and supported living settings. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, supporting independence, and fostering positive relationships in a flexible, shift-based environment that accommodates your schedule.
What You’ll Do:
* Care for adults with mental health needs, autism, and challenging behaviours.
* Support residents in residential and supported living environments.
* Create a compassionate and respectful care environment.
* Assist with personal care, medication, and engaging activities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 6 months experience in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Challenging Behaviour settings.
* Experience managing challenging behaviours is essential.
* Training in MAPA, MAYBO, PMVA, or CPI.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Reliable and communicative with a passion for improving lives.
