Contract Type: Permanent & 12 month FTCs
Location: Wellingborough or Hemel Hempstead
Hybrid: 3 days a week in office
Hours: 38 per week, Mon–Fri (we will consider part time hours, to be discussed at interview stage)

Keep stock flowing to the right place at the right time. Support branches and category teams, improve customer satisfaction and cash profit, and help us plan ahead while fixing issues fast.
Main Responsibilities
Hitting service level targets while managing stockholding and wasteOwning a supplier/category portfolioOverseeing that stock arrives into our network in full and on timeForecasting demand, including NPD launches, seasonality and promotionsWorking across the business with multiple stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication at all levelsSpotting risks early and taking appropriate action to resolveDealing with immediate issues in the momentYou will need
Good numerical skillsClear communication, strong organisation, and attention to detailConfidence using stock ordering/planning systems or similar systemsBasic Excel skills – we use filters, VLOOKUP & PivotTables but don’t worry if can’t do a v-look up or pivot table yet, we can support your upskillingA practical way to forecast new lines using sensible comparisons and clear assumptionsGCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/4+Nice to have: supply chain or procurement experience in the FMCG sector; a supply chain qualification or degreeWhat's in it for you
