We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed ECT practitioner who will set high standards of attainment and behaviour and works well as a team, to join Milking Bank School to cover a fixed term Maternity leave from September 2025 to July 2026.
Milking Bank Primary serves an extensive residential development located 1.5 miles from Dudley town centre. The school, which opened in November 1989, is a group 3, 3 - 11 Primary School. We have a two-form entry, we also have a Nursery Unit and were judged ‘good’ in our last OFSTED Inspection.
Our main aim at Milking Bank is to provide a happy, secure environment in which children will thrive and develop intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically. Hours: Full-Time, term-time, fixed term Maternity Cover from September 2025 to July 2026
Salary: Teacher Main Pay Scale, ECT M1
Location: Milking Bank Primary School, Aintree Way, Dudley, DY1 2SL
We are looking for a committed practitioner who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will be hard working, flexible and enthusiastic.
Closing date: 2nd May 2025 - Successful candidates will be shortlisted and called for interview on 7th May, interviews will take place on 12th and 13th May 2025 .
Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and supporting all staff. We expect all staff to share this commitment and to take responsibility for the wellbeing of all pupils within our school.
The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, provide 2 appropriate references and undertake a successful medical check (if required) prior to taking up this position.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children; therefore, the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
