Job Description:
As a Beauty and Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty treatments and massage therapies tailored to our clients' needs. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care and enjoy a rejuvenating experience at our clinic.
Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough consultations to understand client needs and develop customized treatment plans
* Provide a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and makeup application, using high-quality products and techniques
* Deliver professional and therapeutic massage services, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other modalities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, tracking treatment progress and results
* Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as other relevant information, to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction
* Adhere to all clinic protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
* Stay informed of the latest industry developments, best practices, and advancements in beauty and massage therapy
* Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive, welcoming environment for clients
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
* Be qualified in beauty and massage treatments.
* Prior experience in beauty treatments and massage therapy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain a professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach at all times
* Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
