Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager for our Strategic Fleet Services across the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fleet services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Covering the strategic development of a national fleet of Cir 900 in-house vehicles, delivering across the UK to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise fleet operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all fleet activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the team to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align fleet services with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic fleet management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in fleet services.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
This Hybrid position can be based within the North, ideally within a commutable distance of South Yorkshire or Manchester.
