* Qualification: You MUST hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Preschool Assistant, you will:
* Support the delivery of high-quality, creative, and stimulating activities.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
* Work closely with the team to maintain a warm and inclusive setting.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
