We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Coach to work with a leading training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting disengaged learners to build their Employment and Training Portfolios

Responsibilities
Deliver and assess personal development and employability skills, supporting disengaged learners to build their Employment and Training Portfolios.
Requirements
* Experience in providing excellent customer service, IAG/Coaching
* Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
* Demonstrate the ability to work towards the awarding body standards
* Good conflict resolution skills
