About the role
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and KPIs, lead and develop your team, and ensure excellent customer service. Your passion for the outdoors and product knowledge will help create a great shopping environment and foster a team of Brand Ambassadors.
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and a flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is required.
