Key Responsibilities:
9. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload goods across the UK, complying with company policies and legal standards
10. Conduct daily vehicle checks and promptly report any defects or issues
11. Plan and manage efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and collections across multiple locations
12. Maintain accurate tachograph records and adhere to Working Time Directive (WTD) and EU driving regulations
13. Provide professional customer service, representing the company positively at all times
14. Stay overnight in the vehicle as part of your tramping schedule (allowances included)
15. Work flexibly and proactively to meet the operational demands of nationwide tramping
Requirements:
16. Full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
17. Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
18. Minimum 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience preferred (new passes accepted)
19. Flexibility to work away from home on tramping routes
20. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
21. Ability to plan routes and manage your own schedule effectively
