An established secondary SEN school in Redbridge is recruiting a qualified SEN Teacher to work with pupils aged 11-16 with complex learning difficulties, ASD, and social communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned to EHCPs
* Create a structured and supportive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements:
* QTS (essential)
* SEN experience preferred but training provided
* Strong behaviour management and nurturing approach
