Internal Sales Executive Required!
Our client designs and manufactures high quality, energy efficient lighting products. Operating since 1991, our client offers a range of internal and external luminaires, while also offering bespoke products to align any requirements.
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to join their friendly team. This position is a front-line role to inbound customer enquiries, including technical project requests, providing essential customer service excellence.
Package:
* Salary £30,000 - £33,000 (DOE)
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days Christmas shut down
* 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
* Company pension
* On-site parking
Internal Sales Executive - Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities
2. Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information via calls and emails
3. Explain product features and assist in building quotes with technical support
4. Follow up on old project quotes
5. Process orders on Sage and keep customers updated
6. Track and respond to all enquiries promptly
7. Update ACT CRM, including old quotes and order statuses
8. Create and manage BOMs and part numbers
9. Prepare product and project-based quotes, including system design
