Join us as our Carers & Co-production Practice Development Lead and help transform how Middlesbrough designs, delivers and improves Adult Social Care.
What You’ll Do: -
* Lead our carers co-production approach across Adult Social Care.
* Work directly with carers, community groups and people with lived experience.
* Chair the Making It Real Board and strengthen key partnerships.
* Turn research, insight and engagement into meaningful service improvements.
* Influence policy, strategy and innovation across the system.
What You will Bring: -
* Strong knowledge of Adult Social Care policy and legislation.
* Experience of co-production, engagement, and partnership working.
* Ability to analyse complex data/information and turn it into action.
* A passion for collaboration, creativity and improving outcomes.
