We are looking for a Billing Adviser to work within our friendly and supportive billing team.
What you'll do
The role is interesting with various daily tasks to ensure accurate and timely bills are produced for our customers. You will also respond to customer queries ensuring we deliver a first-class service and look for solutions to make it even better.
We will invest in your development through regular 121s, coaching and skill building. You will be joining part of a wider retail and commercial organisation which will present you with lots of career opportunities.

Our Billing Adviser roles are Monday to Friday. We're an office-based team, which means you'll benefit from daily face-to-face interaction with your colleagues and team leader in a supportive and collaborative environment. After your initial training period, you'll have the option to work from home one day per week, if that suits your working style.
What you'll need
