We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented XERO Data Entry Clerk & Bookkeeper full time office based. (
5 Days in Office, based in Old Street
).
The ideal candidate will have current or recent daily experience of data inputting into XERO, to maintain accurate financial records, & ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
This position requires pro-activeness & strong personal organisational skills, current proficiency in XERO accounting software, and a solid understanding of book-keeping and associated administrative tasks.
Duties
* Input into & maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using XERO
* Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
* Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
* Completing VAT Returns: Calculating and submitting Value Added Tax (VAT) returns in accordance with regulations.
* Support administrative tasks such as filing, organising and storing documents for easy access for audit purposes, maintaining office supplies.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal & written skills
Experience
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper using XERO in a similar role is preferred.
* Practical day-day efficiency in XERO is critical, also strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritising duties, and meeting deadlines
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with team members and clients.
* Willing to work with Zedonk production software (Training will be provided)
