We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development & Customer Experience Manager to drive membership growth, income generation and community engagement across our leisure centres. This is a key role focused on sales, marketing, events and partnerships, while ensuring an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
You’ll lead innovative sales and membership initiatives, deliver impactful marketing campaigns, and plan engaging events that raise the profile of LeisureSK and maximise commercial performance. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll turn insight into action and help shape the future success of our facilities.
About you:
You’ll have a proven background in sales, marketing or business development (ideally within leisure, hospitality or a similar sector), strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll be organised, creative, confident using digital marketing channels, and comfortable managing budgets and targets.
