About The Role
The Paid Social Account Director is responsible for managing the execution of paid social campaigns across several key clients. This includes overseeing planning, implementation, invoicing, and reporting to ensure timely delivery, adherence to briefs, and budget management, all while meeting client objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships to understand and address their objectives and challenges.
* Communicating clearly with internal teams, including managing two Account Executives, to facilitate efficient processes from brief to activation and post-campaign analysis.
* Overseeing daily delivery, reporting, and invoicing.
* Participating in regular client meetings to define paid social media strategies and channel development.
* Establishing relationships with social platforms to stay informed about market dynamics and opportunities.
The role requires demonstrating core competencies in three operational areas:
1. Clients: Leading day-to-day paid social planning and activation across clients in sectors like Finance, QSR, and Luxury. Defining and articulating social media strategies.
2. Business and Budgets: Ensuring accurate and timely financial processes for all clients and contributing to new business pitches.
3. Team: Managing two Social Executives, reporting to the Digital Director, and collaborating within the broader Digital department.
About You and Your Experience
* Extensive experience in social media planning and activation, including goal setting, audience targeting, strategy, and creative planning.
* At least 5+ years of digital experience in a client-facing role with a proven ability to develop client relationships.
* Experience managing a team, delegating tasks, and effectively communicating to meet client goals.
* Strong knowledge of paid social channels and their role in customer journeys within a media mix.
* Enthusiastic, collaborative, and passionate about working across disciplines for optimal client outcomes.
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under strict deadlines.
