Job Opportunity: Business Administration Apprentice in Healthcare

This is a varied role, with duties including:
* Diary management
* Telephone calls
* Organising meetings and events
* Note taking
* Compiling statistics/data input
* Typing reports
* Ordering stationery and equipment
* Photocopying, filing, scanning, etc.
* Managing emails
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice with a proactive attitude and eagerness to respond positively to challenges. You will join our CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service) based at Worthing Hospital, where you will be offered a nurturing, supportive, and friendly environment to develop your skills and achieve the Business Administration qualification.
We aim to recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce. We welcome applications from individuals wishing to become an apprentice and gain experience in the NHS. You will develop new skills and knowledge while working with an established team, gaining valuable work experience, and earning a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
The post is fixed-term for the duration of the apprenticeship, with a possibility of a permanent role upon completion, though this is not guaranteed.
The post is full-time – 37.5 hours per week. All applicants must:
* Be resident in the UK/EEA for the last three years
* Not have a similar business administrative qualification (including apprenticeship at Level 3 or above) and must not be in any formal government-funded education
