Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager, you will oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, conduct care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your dynamic leadership will play a key role in uplifting the spirits and well‑being of our residents while fostering a culture of success within our care team.
Qualifications
Must have the right expertise and experience, or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and be eager to embark on an exciting journey of making a real difference in people’s lives.
