We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a. This role involves providing excellent service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
* Serve drinks and organise bar supplies efficiently and responsibly
* Take orders from customers accurately and promptly
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
* Ensure all beverages are prepared and served in line with health and safety regulations
* Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system
* Assist in setting up and clearing tables when required during busy periods
* Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction
* Follow all relevant health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory
* Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
* Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
