Contracts Advisor – Construction Law Focus

A great opportunity has opened up for a Contracts Advisor to work across a variety of complex, high-value projects. This role offers the chance to build a career at the intersection of construction delivery and commercial/legal advisory work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing, analysing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements
- Supporting tenders and procurement processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
- Advising project teams and senior stakeholders on contractual and legal matters
- Managing and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Law (LLB) or Construction, with a keen interest in Construction/Commercial Law
- Experience within construction or civil engineering and a working knowledge of NEC / FIDIC contracts
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Exposure to procurement processes and/or further legal study would be a bonus
