Key Responsibilities:
Utilize engineering expertise to identify and address customers' needs, understanding both technical and budgetary requirements to specify the optimal solution.
Recognize new application opportunities through in-depth customer interactions and needs assessments.
Daily Tasks:
Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
Visit customers and prospects to discuss technical applications
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify and interpret customer requirements effectively
Persuade clients that our product best fits their needs
Write technical reports and prepare quotes
Record and maintain customer information and data in the CRM system
