Fixed Wire Testing Electrician
Location:Watford
Salary:£42,000 + performance bonus
Hours:Mon Fri, 9am 5pm
About Us:
TXM Recruit is partnering with a rapidly expanding electrical business in the commercial sector. We are seeking a Fixed Wire Testing Electrician to work in various commercial properties, including offices, schools, universities, hotels, retail stores, and small industrial units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct fixed wire testing and complete laptop-based Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
* Perform emergency light testing and remedial work, including socket, light, and switch changes.
* Carry out general electrical maintenance within commercial buildings.
Salary and Benefits:
* Starting salary: £42,000, with performance bonuses up to £45,000 - £47,000.
* Optional overtime and occasional weekend work.
* Benefits include a company van, fuel card, holiday allowance, pension contributions, and opportunities for career progression.
Qualifications Required:
* 18th Edition qualification.
* 2391 or equivalent.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
