2. Salary: Basic £35,000 per annum | OTE up to £42,000
3. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art cosmetic vans, travel locally, and develop your expertise in vehicle refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities as a SMART Repairer:
4. Travel across the local area in a brand-new cosmetic vans to perform on-site repairs.
5. Conduct a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and refinishing vehicle surfaces.
6. Act as a multi-skilled technician undertaking all aspects of cosmetic repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines.
7. Collaborate effectively with a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians to deliver high-quality service.
8. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE during all repair activities.
9. Maintain accurate records of repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
10. Proven experience in a similar cosmetic or accident repair role.
11. Completion of a Panel Technician Modern Apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
12. Working knowledge of automotive systems and appropriate repair materials.
13. Honest, diligent, and committed to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
14. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
