About The Role
We’re looking for a personable and detail‑focused Client Manager to join our specialist car insurance team. You’ll be helping clients find tailored insurance solutions, ensuring their policies meet their unique needs.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30, Saturdays 09:00–12:00
What you will be doing
* Handling inbound calls to provide specialist car insurance quotes.
* Gathering client and vehicle information to accurately price policies.
* Managing policy changes, renewals, and finance agreements.
* Ensuring all documentation is verified and accurately filed.
* Advising clients on policy options to suit their individual circumstances.
* Attending car shows and events to represent Brentacre when required.
Who we are looking for
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach.
* Confidence working over the phone and occasionally face‑to‑face.
* High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Experience in insurance or financial services is desirable.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to attend events when needed.
