Key duties include:
1. Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance
2. Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards
3. Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability
4. Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately
5. Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair
6. Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians
7. Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time
8. Possess a full, current driving licence
