With a dedicated mortgage and protection adviser in-house and strong administrative support, our advisers and paraplanners are empowered to focus on delivering quality financial advice. The Opportunity
We’re looking to welcome a Paraplanner—either qualified or trainee—to join our close-knit and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who is either already Level 4 qualified or committed to working towards their qualification within an agreed timeframe.

Role Responsibilities
As a Paraplanner, you’ll work closely with our financial advisers to support the delivery of comprehensive financial advice. Your key duties will include:
* Conducting research and analysis to support tailored client recommendations
* Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports
* Undertaking product and investment research
* Ensuring all advice meets regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with admin staff to deliver a smooth, joined-up client journey
* Inputting and maintaining client data in the CRM system
* Preparing provider documentation and reviewing existing arrangements
* Collating client portfolio data and tracking commission/fee income
* Scheduling and supporting annual or biennial review meetings
* Managing product literature to support adviser recommendations

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* 12 months’ experience in a paraplanning, admin, or technical support role (preferred)
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it, with a willingness to complete within a set timeframe)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
* 2+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
* Familiarity with financial advice processes, platforms, and compliance requirements
* Confident user of CRM systems and back-office software
