About the role
Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to provide excellent personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuous, high‑quality services for residents.
Key responsibilities
* Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect at all times.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection; raise any identified risks in a timely manner.
* Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practice safe systems of work across your range of tasks.
