We are now seeking a Lead Surgical Care Practitioner (SCP) to join our Urology team at Southend Hospital. This is a fixed-term role, ideal for an experienced, fully trained SCP ready to take on a leadership position within a forward-thinking, high-performing environment.

As Lead Surgical Care Practitioner, you will be an integral member of the Urology team, supporting the directorate in delivering key performance targets, with a strong focus on the quality and patient experience agenda.

A strong commitment to delivering an excellent patient experience, ensuring communication is accessible, empathetic, and patient-centred at all times.
