About The Role
As a Visual Merchandising Partner, you’ll design inspiring and eye‑catching displays in our shop windows, to entice our customers into our shops, encouraging them to buy our products. Youll create a meaningful shopping experience for each and every customer who walks around our shopfloor with exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver market‑leading merchandising and presentation standards.
* Work on seasonal and floor layout changes effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
* Demonstrate flexibility to support across other areas of the branch and departments when required.
* Share knowledge and expertise with visual merchandising and branch colleagues to develop the departments and branches’ performance.
* Carry out stock handling and systems processes to minimise business risk and loss.
Essential Skills / Experience
* Creative skills with an eye for detail.
* Experience of working within a team.
Desirable Skills / Experience
* Qualifications in Display or Design.
* Previous experience in the creation of displays.
* Experience of working in a retail environment.
