Duties include:
Creating invoices on Xero accounting software
Taking phonecalls and booking engineers diary's
Taking payments
Talking to customers and suppliers
Ordering materials and spares
Logging warranty calls
Running reports and improving processes
Registering appliances
Requirements:
Experience in customer care
Experience in emails and excel
Experience in invoicing
Good telephone manner
Hours: Full Time upto 40 Hours per
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
