We are seeking a dynamic and architecturally minded Technical Specifications Manager to lead the development, management, and innovation of technical specification content and tools that support product integration, customer engagement, and industry compliance. The Technical Specification Manager ensures the business remains a market leader by delivering accurate, tailored, and forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of both internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, specifiers, and digital platform partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
Technical Specification Development
* Create, review, and maintain technical documentation including:
* Project-specific specification packs
* DWGs and 3D model files
* Specification clauses (Uniclass/CSI/NBS Chorus)
* Standard detail drawings and system details
* Route to compliance documentation
Digital Tools & Innovation
* Drive the creation and evolution of digital specification tools to enhance value for both internal teams and customers.
* Support traceability, accuracy, and usability in tools such as DWGs, BIM components, and specification packs.
* Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance digital platforms and online presence, including platform optimisation.
