As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, creative and results-driven individual to become part of a thriving business and contribute to our ongoing success.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a full-time and permanent position. The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. The Company operates a flexible working policy, with office hours of 7.00am-7.00pm Monday-Friday.

What is the role?
To support Loadhog's growth and expansion plans, we are seeking a versatile and driven Marketing Manager. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and plays a key part in delivering our marketing strategy through organisation, promotion, research, and campaign execution.
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functionality and coordination of the department's activities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with company objectives. This includes organising global trade shows, coordinating PR and media activity, developing engaging content, and overseeing multi-channel campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global marketing team of 5, giving you exposure to all aspects of marketing while allowing you to contribute directly to the success of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* supporting the Head of Marketing in delivering strategic marketing initiatives.
* managing and coordinating daily marketing operations, including global trade show bookings, PR output, customer case studies, and translation projects.
* planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
* conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
* monitoring and reporting on marketing performance using data-driven insights.
* working closely with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external partners (agencies, media, vendors) to align activity with company goals.
* creating and editing engaging content, including copywriting for campaigns, case studies, socials and communications.
* ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and within budget.
Please note: During the first 12 months, this permanent role will serve as maternity cover for the Marketing Communications Manager. After this period, the position will transition to focus more on digital applications.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within an international business.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and regions.
* Proficient in written English with strong copywriting abilities.
* Familiarity with marketing channels, trends, and lead generation strategies.
* Knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
* Working knowledge of WordPress (multi-lingual), social media, e-shot platforms, and Adobe InDesign (or similar).
* Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
* A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
* An interest in public relations and media buying.
* A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
