Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day to day jobsite activities and operations for the construction of the project.
* Responsible for project quality control.
* Provide leadership to the subcontractor workforce.
* Review the plans and specifications for the project.
* Prepare, manage and update the project schedule including determining the sequence for work and scheduling all material deliveries. Required to complete 2 week look aheads for each project.
* Address any safety issues on the jobsite as they arise and report any incidents to all appropriate parties.
* Complete any necessary paperwork responsibilities including daily reports of field activity.
* Manage site logistics, coordinate site visit inspection requests.
* Conduct weekly safety meetings.
Requirements:
* Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License.
* OSHA 10 certification.
* Knowledge in construction safety and OSHA requirements.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong work ethic, team-oriented, ability to multi-task, and problem-solve.
* Ability to work well with clients and the overall team.
* Must be able to pass a CORI check for school-based projects.
