Groundworks Ganger / Groundworks Supervisor
Location: Lavant, PO18

Hours: 07:00 - 17:30
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Ganger / Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term civils and groundwork project based in Lavant, PO18.
This Groundworks Ganger role will involve leading a 3-man groundwork team and working closely with plant operatives on a busy site. The successful Groundworks Supervisor will have strong experience overseeing daily groundwork operations and coordinating teams efficiently.
Duties will include:
* Installing concrete paths
* Small diameter pipework
* Supervising groundwork activities on site
* Leading a groundwork team
* Working alongside plant operators and site management
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or Groundworks Supervisor
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable and able to commit to long-term work
