A well-established East London law firm, operating since 1963, is seeking a Conveyancer with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience to join their growing Residential Property team. The firm provides practical, client-focused legal services to individuals and businesses across the UK and internationally.
Role and Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Prepare and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to progress matters efficiently
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures
* Support senior solicitors with complex transactions where necessary
