Overview
This isn't a back-office ops role. It's front-line digital execution. We're scaling fast - across digital, across international, and across a wellness market that's on track to double by 2030. But growth doesn't happen by accident. It needs planning, precision, and someone who knows how to make the engine run smoother, faster, smarter. That's where you come in. The Role: You'll be the one making sure our digital business is operationally set up to deliver what the strategy promises. Forecasting demand. Managing stock. Working with fulfilment teams to make sure we're ready for every campaign, every launch, every spike. You'll be the bridge between digital trading, supply chain, finance, commercial, customer experience and our DC teams - both in-house and third-party. You'll know how to forecast daily order volumes, split fulfilment types, and make sure stock's not just available - but available where it needs to be. You'll build slicker processes. Spot gaps. Fix inefficiencies. And help us scale without breaking things.
Responsibilities
* Forecasting demand across campaigns, trading plans and product launches
* Making sure stock's ready - and replenishment plans are tight
* Working with DCs to get new lines set up before they go live
* Building forecasting models that help us plan capacity across fulfilment and customer service
* Using data to spot risks, clear dead stock, and optimise replenishment
* Collaborating across teams to make sure digital operations are aligned with commercial goals
* Working with tech and data teams to automate and improve forecasting accuracy
* Reporting on stock, forecast accuracy, and operational performance
Qualifications
* Experience in digital operations, forecasting or supply chain in an e-commerce environment
* Strong analytical skills - you know your way around forecasting tools, Excel, and planning systems, and can turn messy data into clear decisions
* A solid grasp of how digital trading cycles impact stock, fulfilment and customer experience
* Confidence working with third-party DCs, internal teams and senior stakeholders - and knowing how to keep everyone aligned
* A track record of improving processes, building scalable workflows and spotting problems before they become problems
* The ability to plan short and medium-term operations without losing sight of the bigger picture
* Comfortable with ambiguity, pace and change - this isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook handed to them
