Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. Reliability and willingness to learn are essential.
Duties Will Include
* Ensuring all staff meet product and service standards
* Providing high levels of guest care and meeting financial and business goals
* Representing the General Manager in their absence
* Conducting quality training and coaching
* Monitoring compliance with legal and company requirements
* Adhering to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and COSHH legislations
* Leading departmental inductions
* Completing performance reviews and setting objectives
