Workshop Assistant
Location: Winnall
Hours: Monday to Thursday 2pm-11pm and Friday 1pm-5pm
£13.50-£15.00 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Workshop Assistant to join our busy Client based near Winchester. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with day-to-day workshop operations
2. Preparing materials, tools, and equipment
3. Supporting machine operators and engineers
4. Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe
5. Carrying out basic assembly, packing, and quality checks
6. Following health & safety procedures at all times

11. Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential
