The client is a logistics organisation in Medway that is heading into a peak season before Christmas and therefore needs temporary cover within their purchase ordering team.
Job Description
3. Maintain and update records and databases accurately and efficiently.
4. Provide administrative support to the purchase order team
5. Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner.
6. Prepare reports and presentations as required by the department.
7. Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, ensuring timely responses.
8. Assist in the organisation of events and departmental activities.
9. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
10. Proven experience in an administrator role.
11. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
12. Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
