Role: HR Generalist - Permanent - Antrim
Job Overview
VANRATH are proudly supporting a growing business in Antrim, to appoint an experienced HR professional who will play a key part in taking control of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and recruitment.
Key Details:
* Salary: Up to £37,000 + Bonus
* Full time, Permanent
* Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day guidance on policies and procedures, maintain and update documentation, and support initiatives promoting inclusion and wellbeing.
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
* Organise and support engagement initiatives to foster a positive working environment and culture.
* Offer initial support on routine employee issues, assist with formal processes, and maintain confidential records.
* Ensure timely and accurate updates to payroll-related information and respond to queries regarding benefits and entitlements.
* Maintain accurate system records, ensure documentation complies with legal standards, and assist with audits and reporting tasks.
Essential:
* CIPD Level 5 with a minimum of one year's experience in a generalist HR role, OR at least two years' experience in a similar position.
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation, HR best practice, and experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.
* Proficient in maintaining HR information systems and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Self-motivated, personable, and adaptable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to work independently or as part of a team, on-site as required, with flexibility to meet business needs.
