Overview
We are partnering with an established insights and research consultancy seeking a Client Manager to lead quantitative research projects and act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients.
This role sits at the intersection of research delivery, client management and insight storytelling. You’ll manage projects end-to-end while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multiple quantitative research projects from initial brief through to final debrief
* Own client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact
* Translate business questions into robust research designs
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
Insight & Analysis
* Analyse research data and develop clear, actionable insights
* Create compelling presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders
* Support brand, communications and performance insight work
* Ensure insight outputs are commercially relevant and decision-focused
Commercial & Team Contribution
* Manage project budgets and cost control
* Mentor and support more junior team members
* Contribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharing
* Support continuous improvement in ways of working
Experience & Skills Required
* Strong experience in quantitative research (ideally brand or communications)
* Proven client management and project ownership experience
* Confident, clear and persuasive communicator (written and verbal)
* Experience delivering actionable insight rather than data only
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Full-service research exposure
* Experience mentoring junior colleagues
* Background in agency or consultancy environments
