Overview
We\'re looking for a hungry and ambitious sales person to join the Intercom sales team in EMEA. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our existing business. We are building a world-class sales organization and aim to do sales differently by putting customers at the core of Intercom. The Relationship Management team offers opportunities for development, progression, creativity, and ownership within a rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities
* Own and act as the main point of contact for a book of business
* Drive net growth within that book
* Hunt and develop expansion opportunities within that book
* Run a proactive and effective renewal process
* Articulate Intercom\'s value using the Command of the Message framework
* Forecast and plan pacing throughout each month and quarter
* Partner with a CSM and SE to ensure the long-term success of your book
* Partner with R&D and Marketing to ensure the voice of your customers is heard
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
* 2-3 years of experience in a B2B closing role
* 2+ years of SaaS experience
* Excellent written and verbal communicator
* Ability to discover pain and articulate potential solutions
* Ability to accurately qualify opportunities
* Ability to do light demos and/or work closely with Sales Engineer/CSM
* Capable of building compelling presentations for customers (QBRs, pricing proposals, etc.)
* Experience forecasting on a monthly or quarterly basis
* Experience working in B2B SaaS
* Experience working renewals
* Experience using the Command of the Message framework
* Experience using MEDDPICC as a qualification framework
