Business Analyst \n\nPermanent\n\nLiverpool\n\n£40k-£50k\n\nBusiness Analyst required for one of our not for profit organisations based in Liverpool. The Business Analyst will be responsible for investigating and analysing efficiencies of business activities and processes. The Business Analyst will be required to define business problems and design appropriate solutions to address them, also make recommendations to the Project Manager to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities;\n\nUnderstand business needs from a project / change activity perspective and undertake business analysis to identify change requirements.\nFacilitate group workshops and meetings to enable diagnosis of business problems, gathering of business requirements and future process design.\nIdentify and document business requirements that can be used to assist future process design and identification of sustainable solutions.\nSimplify requirements, so they are easily understood by all stakeholders involved and strengthen stakeholder buy in and engagement to change.\nUndertake business process modelling and improve business processes that meet business needs and enable our business to deliver against its strategic objectives.\nIdentify costs and business savings in line with our business's strategic objectives.\nDeliver and support the implementation of projects through the delivery of high-quality outputs from all business analysis activity and working closely with project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nWork closely with stakeholders across our business to implement, test and deploy solutions to business problems.\nSupport business transition and help establish and embed change, ensuring desired business benefits are realised.
