We are working with a leader in security systems & solutions delivery to recruit for their Service Delivery Manager with a Belfast base but working across NI, offering a basic of £56k with a £90k OTE plus car allowance, life & health insurance, 33 days holidays, dental plan plus more! A dual role where you will manage and expand existing client portfolio across NI but also develop and pursue new business opportunities across the province. This will include; New business development, leading business development & pursuit activities Designing and implementing sales strategies, pricing & costing etc Account Management & development with clients, understand their business objectives, and deliver tailored security solutions that evolve with their needs Conducting client and service reviews to ensure standards are achieved and opportunities explored Profit & loss, branch financial performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets What we are looking for 3 years Sales / Account Management experience, ideally with experience within a similar sector or industry Full sales cycle experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Driving license Skills: sales business development account management security
